I’m a freelance HR/business consultant with almost 15 years’ experience and a Masters in industrial-organizational psychology with honors from NYU. Do you get excited for Mondays? Most people don’t. What if it didn’t have to be like that? My expertise is diagnosing organizations and uncovering the barriers that prevent job satisfaction – the things that keep us from looking forward to Mondays. When your staff isn’t fully engaged, your organization experiences poorer business outcomes. I see it as a win-win if we can solve this problem. And I can help you do it. I take a data-based approach to designing and rolling out HR programs across the employee life cycle. Sometimes the work includes supporting change efforts and consulting on internal communications strategy, as well. I’ve done just about everything in this space over the course of my career.
