I am a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) and hold an MBA. I have my own Coach Mark Stamper (coachmarkstamper.com) practice, with highly motivated select clients. I also teach basic coaching skills, do mentor and supervision coaching at Maryland University of Integrative Health.
I retired from IBM in 2015 at 35 1/2 years. I was a consultant and internal coach and mentor. My last year, I was the leader of the IBM Coaching Community of Practice. I am still honored by my IBM Leadership award.
I have also been the president of the board for three non-profits, and received a Volunteer Service Award from the White House for work with one of them.
My mantra is to connect with the heart of the leader so that they trust me to coach/mentor them to find their most excellent way. Specialties include leadership, mentor coaching, making better presentations (taught speech at another college), non-profit leadership and organization, career coaching/mentoring, marketing coaching for entrepreneurs.
