As a coach, I help executives to discover themselves and become better at work and life. Since last 5 years, I have coached and mentored over 35 Leaders in leading organizations in India and abroad. I have assessed over 2200 Managers and engaged in Development feedback mentoring to over 500 Senior Executives. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coaching Federation (ICF). I also hold a certification for Personality and Ability Assessment (PAA) from SHL and Conscious Business Coaching from Better Up.
Prior to coaching, I worked for 33 years, often at senior levels, for reputed brands like Office Depot-Reliance Retail, Atos Worldline, Zip Telecom, Gunnebo and Johnson & Johnson. I led large teams, developed leaders and achieved significant cost, service and process improvements. I found great satisfaction in enabling others improve and grow into higher responsibilities and this inspired me into mentoring and coaching. My diverse corporate experience and people skills help me to connect better with clients and their real situations. Clients find value from my leadership experience in diverse functions and industries. My coaching style helps in enabling clients to learn and become capable of finding sustainable solutions by themselves.
