My name is Sylvie, I am originally from France and like to consider myself as a world citizen. Travelling and living all around the world is part of my DNA as since very early on age, I had the "chance" to be exposed to different environments and cultures.
I started my career in hotel management and then staff training. Over the years, my faith in human potential has led me to move from the transmission of knowledge to assist people in their own development journey .
Since 2010, my contribution to coaching, as the "niches" in which I work, has always evolved in parallel with the specific geographical environments in which I find myself in, knowing that I am attracted to professional workplaces where the values of well-being, integrity and solidarity are "highlighted" and need to be supported.
My scope of action ranges from providing individual and team coaching sessions to mentoring sessions. In addition to offering my services to an individual client base, I have focused my practice over the past six years on working in the NGO world, a sector in which I have found that my contribution can have a significant impact.
