As an entrepreneur and project facilitator, Urs recognized the need for support and motivation for employees and associates, sparking his interest in personal and performance leadership issues. He became a Newfield certified ontological coach, applying principles learned from several coaching frameworks to German-speaking countries, with a special focus on inter-cultural perspectives and values work. Urs considers his rich and diverse business biography as a major asset for his work.
He studied law and economics in Switzerland, lived several years in Sydney, Australia and spent 20 years in management and board positions in the Swiss-based family business (packaging, printing inks, real estate and construction). After starting a European direct selling company, distributing leading edge nutritional supplements in several countries, he focused more on including values and meaning in his work with international clients across Europe and North America as a Coach, Facilitator and Mentor. He also serves in a few private companies as a non-executive Board Member and presently works from Naples FL, and Mallorca, Spain.
