I am a professional coach and counselor, specialist consultant, as well as trainer and speaker who has facilitated more than 300 learning events in Indonesia and abroad. I provide my professional services to both individuals and organizations, including the World Bank. My clientele comes from Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, and USA. Since 2018 until the pandemic started, I have my own weekly TV talk show in Indonesia, titled “Emotional Health Talk”.

I hold a Master degree in Counseling and I am accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as an Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My skills in counseling is reflected in the award that I received in 2016, i.e. Heartline Award for the category of “Family Counselor”. Whereas my coaching skill is acknowledged by the World HRD Congress 2019 which awarded me the “Most Talented Coaching Leaders” recognition. I am also recognized as one of the “Women Super Achievers” in 7th World Women Leadership Congress in 2020. On top of that, my wide knowledge in parenting is recognised by the Ministry of Education & Culture of Indonesia which awarded one of my parenting articles in 2016.

My passion is helping people to leap forward creatively. In 2009, I resigned from my position as a General Manager in one of the largest industrial estates in Indonesia and founded Busur Emas Foundation which focuses on coaching, counseling, and learning. I lead the foundation to partner with various international & national organizations. Participants of my various programs attest to my insightful facilitation.

Through my reflection, I realize that the essence of my work has not changed, i.e. “build creatively”. It is only the manifestation of that essence that has changed. Initially I built the physical environment creatively. Now, I build up people, helping them to leap forward creatively.
