Hi, I’m Carmen. I’m the founder of Community Coach (https://communitycoach.me), a mentorship program (with structure) to help others build their own communities.

I founded an eCommerce business in 2013, and at the same time I built up a Facebook group with over 5k members with zero marketing spend. The group wasn’t focused solely on my business but it did consist of many members who were in my target market. That community became a major source of traffic generation for my business, without it feeling like I was hard selling my products (I wasn’t). In fact, over time the members in that group became some of my best salespeople as they had purchased my products and then would tell the rest of the group about how great they were and educate others on how they use the products.

You don’t need a marketing budget to build communities, and they can be incredibly valuable. I built that group with zero marketing budget and had thousands of people joined within weeks, all through the power of member referrals.

Since then I have built communities for global multinational companies with a variety of goals, including to develop new products/services, develop external partnerships in the industry, increase employee retention (internal communities) and education communities to increase the customer base longer term. During this time I have learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t (yes, there were definitely some failures along the way, but along with that came my greatest lessons!).

Whatever your community goal is, whether it is to focus on revenue generation, or to support your revenue generating team, I’m here to work with you to make it happen.

I only offer limited spots because I personally mentor businesses to ensure the program is tailored to their needs… AND I care about the success of each of my clients.

Full transparency on prices:

$1000 USD for the Community Coach structured program and includes 4 mentoring sessions (one-on-one) for each stage of the program.
$120 USD/hour for individual mentoring sessions.
