Hi, I’m Carole Stizza. I am an Executive Leadership Coach, Senior H.R. Professional, and a Strength Strategy Specialist whose coaching clients gain clarity on what they want, get recognized for their valued experience, and reap the rewards that are most meaningful to them – to include: increased influence, life balance, visibility, promotions, and monetary gains.

Success is not a comparison game – it is finding your version of success that inspires you to rise to who you want to become.

I coach and train knowing that good leadership is priceless and that in today’s climate, no one needs to wait for permission to lead. We all need to lead within every role we are given. This has proven to increase innovation, collaboration, and retention in the organizations of my clients.

My background includes a master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, a rich variety of human resource and facilitation roles, and supporting a military family across the U.S. for 26 years.  I’ve seen firsthand the growth under great leadership and the fall-out from toxic leadership.

I’ve been honored to receive awards that include Woman of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and, my favorite: coolest ‘Ya-Ya’ from my adorable young grandson.

I currently coach, train, and consult executives in the public, private, IT, marketing, non-profit, and government space.
