Founded by Ed Ballou in 2008 first to document his storm chasing adventures and then a software business (personal & software consulting).

While the personal software experiment ended, the consulting continues in the areas of Agile software development and coaching. Ed is dedicated to helping others navigate their storms and increasing awareness of authentic connection & communication with each other.

Ed’s mission is to help people navigate the storms of personal and business development.
