I am  psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the business, HR and leadership development in a global technology company where I held management positions in different world countries.

I am an internationally certified coach (ICF ACC) and a mindfulness teacher. I completed long term international MBSR teacher training certified by Institute of Mindfulness-Based Approaches.

I specialize in topics related to stress reduction and wellbeing.
