Gary Takacs has more than 30 years of experience as an executive leader, business coach and turnaround expert, including facilitating leadership groups for the largest business executive training organization in the U.S.

Takacs has the unique ability to deliver multifaceted business strategies that yield quantifiable financial and cultural results for companies of all sizes.

Takacs has held chief executive positions in the manufacturing, retail and R&D industries where he has headed up repositioning, expansion and acquisition efforts.

The guiding factor behind these efforts was Takacs’ prevailing philosophy that companies focused on creating a strong corporate culture would have increased success in producing strong financial results.

Takacs drew from his diverse experience as an executive to found The CEO University, an executive development program that focuses on corporate culture as a means of increasing productivity and profitability.

Takacs earned his bachelor’s degree at Texas A&M University and holds a Corporate Finance Certification from Rice University Graduate School of Management.
