My work as a coach stems from over 30 years owning an Executive Search firm and my commitment to building successful leadership teams and cultivating win/win scenarios for leaders in relationship driven environments.
I work side by side with each client as a confidential partner.
Through the development of trust, direct communication, effective collaboration and shared goals, leaders and teams can thrive. I approach coaching with the end goal in mind, assisting clients in overcoming barriers and helping them to navigate their lives and careers from previously unseen perspectives.
By developing new viewpoints, clients deepen their process of identifying their values and purpose and therefore come to make more resolute and focused decisions on what matters most to them. Thus Career Coaching has become a natural fit. Ultimately with increased self-awareness, each client yields greater rewards in their professional and personal journeys.
I am also certified in the field of “Emotional Intelligence” with credentials to administer and evaluate the MSCEIT testing system based on the text, “The Emotionally Intelligent Manager” by David Caruso and Peter Salovey
Crisis Coaching and Relationship Coaching are also areas where I bring strong skill sets.
The ideal client might be a small business owner who feels overwhelmed or stressed with the day to day management of people, tasks and priorities. Just as viable for my skill set could be the C-level executive who is stressed and frustrated in their world and life.
