Joe is a serial technology entrepreneur and innovation leader passionate about building transformative products and new solutions in fintech, blockchain, capital markets, edtech, conscious culture, and intentional communities. Previous experience (Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Wells Fargo, Heidrick & Struggles) + startups & venture capital.

Joe is Founder of GammaRay Ventures LLC. He was previously Chief Strategy & Commercial Officer at Omega One, an institutional digital asset exchange that raised $10M US; and prior Founder and CEO of Queue Technologies, a pioneering venture-backed crowd advocacy technology platform with 10M+ users and clients Samsung, Lego and Bruno Mars where he was responsible for its product design and growth. Joe was also an EIR at Bootstrap Labs VC ($150M applied AI VC firm). Previously, he served as VP at Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, and JP Morgan. He started his career in the technology practice at the consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles supporting Apple, Oracle, and Dell.

Joe was recognized as a “Innovator of Systematic Virality” by CIO magazine in 2017. He was previously recognized as a Young Professional Leader by the US Senate in 2006. Joe has served in non-profit leadership at Conscious Capitalism, ManKind Project, Human 2.0, and various advocacy organizations and political committees. In addition, he is a lead facilitator and executive coach in transformational work and leadership development. He also advises startup boards and consults corporations on innovation. Joe’s also a speaker at industry conferences and TedX presenter. He holds a B.A. in Business Management Economics from UCSC as a Chancellor Leadership Scholar.
