I call myself Happiness Catalyst because a catalyst triggers a reaction. I generate positive changes helping people and organizations to be the best version of themselves, expressing their full potential, and I believe that it is essential to consider the person in his entirety and integrity.

I’m Italian, I live in Milan and I was born in Bari, a beautiful and sunny city on the Adriatic sea. I speak English, French and a bit of Spanish. I’m a proud aunty of a strong-willed teenager and of an active little boy that make my heart smile.

I have a Master’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s in PR. In the first 13 years of my career, I worked in the sales department of an FMCG multinational company as an account manager, project manager, and trade marketing manager. Then, in 2010 I was asked to become Head of Sales Training, Internal Processes, and Internal Communication.

In the meantime, I started to be interested in personal development, spiritual growth, and healing. So, in the last 20 years, I attended several courses and seminars and now I master different techniques and I’m a certified teacher in some of them.

In 2017, I felt has arrived the moment to combine my two interests, training ad personal development, starting my own business I’m an HR consultant, a coach and a trainer in both sales skills and soft skills, and a holistic counselor.

– I lead workshops for corporations who care about their people and who want to create a happy environment in their workplace.
