PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Prior to launching my coaching practice full-time in 2010, my professional background included leading teams and marketing initiatives in 23 countries worldwide, managing budgets that supported half-billion in annual revenue, implementing multiple award-winning product launches, driving consecutive increases in divisional performance, spearheading global e-commerce initiatives, and creating a multitude employee training programs. Always having been a consistent go-to executive resource, I bring a unique combination of strategic macro business perspective with micro sensibility and practicality.

I have sat on the board of, and been involved with, over 15 start-ups, charities and industry organizations, have a Masters degree in Human Behavior, am a Co-Active® trained coach, Landmark graduate and passionate, prolific philanthropist.
