I bring 20 years of Sales, Marketing, Executive Leadership and Business Coaching experience to work for my clients. I have spent much of my time in Sales and Sales leadership within the Software and Professional Services industry, selling technical solutions to fortune 500 companies across North America. A wealth of insight into effective sales processes and strategies have been gained through work with start up, mid-size, and Canada’s largest software company (OpenText Corporation).
Over the past 10 years I have designed a number of software products and led the process of bringing them to market. Based on this experience I can guides start-up and post start-up companies through this process providing expertise on Market Research, Competitive Analysis, Product Design, Product Market Fit and Go-To-Market Sales and Marketing Strategies.My extensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies was developed over more than a decade of the sale and delivery of large Professional Services projects.
This experiences allows me to work with Professional Services firms to improve Project Management processes, deliver successful projects and increase profitability.I graduated from Western University (UWO) with a Bachelor of Science and serve the GTA and Southwestern Ontario and beyond from my location in Guelph, Ontario.
