Paul is Vice President of Destination Achievers AGTO (Achieving Goals Through Outreach) Michigan Region. Destination Achievers Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provide educational outreach programs for the Maryland, DC, and Michigan communities.

Our mission is to help our students achieve their goals by providing programs designed to help them overcome their obstacles and navigate towards building a successful and measurable plan. With our help, our students will be able to achieve their educational and employment endeavors resulting in a more sustainable and better quality of life.

Paul is the Founder and President of Paul Garwood Speaks and S2SE Life Coaching.

Paul Garwood started speaking at the age of 6 as a Youth Minister and strongly believes that speaking and coaching is what he was born to do.

He is a Radio Personality and the Host of Push Through w/Paul Garwood which can be heard on the Life Coach Radio Network, BlogTalkRadio, iHeartradio, and iTunes.

He is the Founder and Coach of Team Legacy AAU Basketball Club. He has 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade teams.

He is an Entrepreneur, Certified Master Life Coach, Certified Master Trainer, Life Empowerment Expert, Life Transition Expert, and Best Selling Author.

In January of 2017 he earned the designation of Qualified Speaker for D28 Toastmasters International. In August of 2017 he was inducted into the membership of the National Speakers Association (N.S.A.). A national speaking organization with such members as Les Brown, Willie Jolley, Walter Bond, and Delores Pressley and many other world speakers.

Paul resides Harper Woods, Michigan. In addition to building both Destination Achievers and Paul Garwood Speaks – Paul also enjoys spending time playing and coaching sports, reading, and exercising.
