Ramon is an awarded leader, methodical change agent and creative strategic thinker with thorough execution discipline, ample experience on business turn around, business innovation, start up, and expansion. He is an expert in change management. He works with C-Level clients in a broad range of sectors undergoing professional growth. Levering his education in Industrial Engineering, with a Masters in Business Administration, and a Columbia Coaching Certification, Ramon applies the foundation of a strong methodology to help his coachees become aware of their possibilities and create what they say they want, empowering them to find their own answers.
