My professional experience overseas (Europe, Asia & India) led me to put in place sustainable & efficient partnerships which had a strong intercultural dimension. Passionate about sailing, I crossed the Atlantic twice as crew and took part in arctic expeditions.

All these experiences combined with universities’ lectures towards the millennial generation have enabled me to appreciate the challenges of team management and what makes us successful: our behavior and our ability to adapt to our environment without losing sight of the meaning & sense of our actions.
