He has more than 25 years of national and international corporate experience at Leadership level in the fields of Sales Force Management, Talent Development and Human Resource Management.

He has closely observed the corporate requirements for Developing Human Capital. This practical exposure has given him insights to develop programs for all levels. He has successfully implemented people development programs in Vietnam and Singapore during his expatriate assignments.
