Are you a Career Professional looking for meaningful work? Are you wanting to make career changes to either enhance the way you work or find new re-energizing work?

I enjoy working with clients to achieve clarity, work smarter, increase problem-solving skills, manage and lead their workforce, increase sales, and improve their business strategies.

Through my coaching, my clients have gained confidence in their decision making skills, able to think more strategically, transition from a negative or disempowering mindset to a more empowering and resilient mindset and lead with purpose.

I studied Coaching with an accredited coaching institution, CoachU, and am working towards my Associate Coach Credential (ACC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). I’m committed to coaching to the standards for coaches globally set through the ICF’s Core Competencies and Code of Ethics and am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Atlantic Chapter.I bring 17+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Management, Operations, Sales Training, Coaching, and Workforce Development with Fortune 500 and large companies, most notably Xerox Canada, to our coaching relationship.

Large-scale Workforce Development initiatives that I’ve led at Xerox Canada include: Employee Engagement, Employee Recognition, and Employee Wellness. I’ve also gained valuable experience in Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Outsourcing, and managing Service Delivery teams.

I support my clients in thinking situations through, examining them from all sides and helping them weigh all the pertinent evidence, so they do not jump to conclusions, but truly select the best possible solution for themselves so they can pursue their goals.
